Licensing

1. General License Terms

All mockups provided by FrameMosaic are for **personal, commercial, and business branding purposes**. By purchasing a mockup, you receive a **non-exclusive, non-transferable license** to use the final customized product.

2. Usage Restrictions

✔ Allowed:

• Using mockups for **branding, marketing, and client presentations**.
• Incorporating mockups into **social media, websites, and promotional materials**.
• Using mockups for **print or digital displays**.

❌ Not Allowed:

• Reselling or redistributing the mockups in **raw or editable format**.
• Claiming ownership of the original mockup templates.
• Using mockups in **NFTs, AI training datasets, or illegal/unethical content**.

3. Intellectual Property

FrameMosaic retains full rights to all customized mockups. While clients receive a **licensed end product**, they do not own the original mockup files.

4. Third-Party Assets (Placeit Mockups)

Some mockups may be based on third-party templates (e.g., **Placeit**). These are **customized and modified manually** to create a unique final product. Clients may use the finished mockups under FrameMosaic’s **custom license**, but they cannot resell or redistribute the underlying templates.

5. Liability Disclaimer

FrameMosaic is not responsible for **misuse, legal issues, or licensing violations** resulting from improper use of the mockups. Clients are responsible for ensuring their usage complies with relevant **copyright and trademark laws**.
